Day one         Land based ILM training
Day two         Land based ILM training
Day three       Yacht based ILM training

JEANNEAU SUN ODYSSEY 54

It is true that your business is doing well at the moment.
But is it also true, that you want it to do even better in the future?
The challenge for all business leaders is to gain answers to this question:

How can I get the best from myself and others?

The answer to this question is:

Develop in yourself and others, additional leadership and management skills.

It is true that all successful leader- managers share key characteristics.
So, this course is concerned with identifying the skills and attitudes of leadership.
It is concerned with refining those skills with the intention of improving personal and organisational results.

This course represents the very best ideas concerning leadership, communication, organised planning and developing a “winning attitude”.
It promises specific methods and the time to practice the methods, either in the classroom and/or on-board the yacht.

You are sure to enjoy the experience of learning and practicing new ideas in a fun yet business like environment.

Two days training back-to-back allows you to focus on the key issues, without distraction, to the benefit of yourself, your organisation and your customers.

The one-day on the yacht allows you to test and implement the ideas and to learn from experience whilst having fun!
