Four kinds of change
- Planned Good (what we want to achieve).
- Unplanned Good (what sometimes happens to us).

- Unplanned Bad (what we think happen to us).
It is sometimes the case that our “planned good change" feels like "unplanned bad change to the others. Â
The leadership question is: How can you stop that from happening?
Change management part two: Practical skills
Practical skills 1
- The direction and reasons for change must be well communicated.
- Change communication.
- Content specific.
- No vague, wishy-washy language.
- Give definite reasons for a stated aim.
Practical skills 2
- The change must be well planned.
- Identify and acquire the right material resources.
- Identify and train the right personal skills, knowledge and desire.
- Identify the obstacles. Design counter measures.
