A specialised form of communication that results in another person learning more effectively than they would have alone.

Coaching
Coaching can be defined as:
A form of directive teaching based upon communicating clear outcomes, inspiring thoughtful action, giving accurate feedback and stimulating positive change.

Learn and apply the “success formula:
Agree a clear outcome
Formulate an intelligent plan
Take action
Gather the feedback (on and off target)
Change in the light of off target feedback
