What is E. T. Technique?
E.T. Technique = effective training technique.
Effective training technique is a method of teaching that helps the learner to memorise, recall and act upon information more easily and effectively.
Three levels of learning
As a trainer you have to be successful in all three areas:
- The ability to have the learner understand the idea/information/principle.
- The ability to have the learner be able to explain and communicate the idea/information to others.
- The ability to have the learner demonstrate the idea/information in action
Three trainer skills
- Verbal clarity: Specific notes and examples.
- Logical Structure: Order your material.
- Proper Pacing: Adjust the style.
