Be Committed, Consistent and Progressive

Be Committed, Consistent and Progressive

Be Committed, Consistent and Progressive

To make your life better, make YOURSELF better. And to make yourself better, follow the CCP formula.

The CCP formula is based on three concepts.

  1. Committed.
  2. Consistent.
  3. Progressive.

In order to make your life better:

1. Be Committed

You need to commit one hundred percent to improving on your current condition. No matter what is your current condition, improvement is possible and, therefore, should be made.

Commit one hundred percent to improving upon your current condition. You must rely on yourself to do the lion's share of the work.

  • Don't rely on the government to make your life better.
  • Don't rely on your friends to make your life better.
  • Don't rely on your luck to make your life better.

Rely on yourself to make your life better. Commit one hundred percent to improving on your current condition.

2. Be Consistent

Once you are one hundred percent committed, then it is important to follow-through consistently.

You need to overcome the tendency to procrastinate and instead, you must swing into action.

DO NOT be guided by feelings of doubt or fear. Operate according to your Plan - not your Mood.

Consistent action will trigger an adaptive response in the form of strength gains.

3. Be Progressive

People feel successful whenever they see they are making progress.

Progress is the name of the game. If you don't ask more of yourself, then you won't improve.

To repeat; Progress is the name of the game

To progress you must be progressive. In this context, "Progressive" means, noting in writing the goal you want to achieve, and make a note of the number of things you have to do, to achieve your goal.

  • The number of calls to be made.
  • The number of proposals to be written.
  • The number of books to be read.
  • The number of workouts to be done.

Each day you note down, in writing the number of steps you have taken, and you need to see a numerical progression; 10-14-17-26 etc.

Progressively increase both the quality and quantity of your work.

Your work systems will answer the call by becoming more effective, but your work systems will only respond if you make a demand upon them.

If you make a call on your current capabilities, they will respond by becoming better, and it will happen quite quickly.

Summary

To make your life better, make YOURSELF better.

Be more committed, consistent and progressive.

If you do that your success is assured
